        Currently, we are purely an online store and do not have a physical location. We only have a local sorting hub to fulfil orders. All orders must be placed online.

  1. What are your payment options?

        We accept Credit Cards (Diners, Mastercard and Visa) and Debit Cards via Payfast. We also accept payments using EFT and Direct Deposit. Currently, we do not accept  COD. All orders need to be paid for before the item is

        imported and delivered to you.

  1. Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?

        We deliver anywhere in South Africa with a flat rate delivery fee of R100.

  1. How long will my order take?

        All our products are imported from America and Europe so it may take 10 - 25 business days to be delivered to your doorstep.

  1. Please provide more information about deliveries.

        We only use reputable courier companies for the shipping of all our orders. we always take responsibility up to the point of delivery, i.e. if your parcel goes missing or the contents are damaged, we will replace the affected items          at no cost to you. Please note that the time taken to ship an item is listed on each product's detail page.

        You should receiver your order within 5 - 10 working days from the date of payment receipt. 

        If for some reasons there is a delay from our suppliers, you will be notified via email & telephone. The delivery times listed below apply once we ship the item to you.

  • Couriers don’t give an exact time of day for the delivery but will deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • No Deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays.
  • Deliveries are made via courier (Door to Door).
  • The couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery otherwise the goods will be returned, and this will delay you receiving your goods on time.
  • Provide contact numbers and contact persons receiving the goods
  • No deliveries to a Postal Box.
  • Delivery ETA’s depend on stock availability, but you will be informed if the item you require is out of stock and may take longer than the above lead times.
  • Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflects in our account.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.
  • Manicaa reserve the right to part ship goods on all orders to the customer and to invoice each shipment separately, unless otherwise stipulated by the customer. This is to make sure that the customer receives their stock in a fast and efficient manner.

        You can check your previous orders at the bottom of the page by clicking “My Order”.

  1. What if I’m looking for something that I can’t find on the website?

  1. Can I have a bulk discount?

        Yes, you may have a 10% discount or more if you buy in bulk. You may email us at for quotations.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

        You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which you receive a notification that it is being shipped for delivery. Should you wish to return the product                  thereafter, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  1. How do I cancel my order?

        Get in touch with us to cancel an item or a complete order. If the order has not yet been paid for, it can simply be cancelled. If it has been paid              for, you have the option of a credit or a full refund.
