Irrespective of the delivery method you choose, will always take responsibility up to the point of delivery, i.e. if your parcel goes missing or the contents are damaged, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you.

Please note that the time taken to delivery an item is listed on each product’s page. If a product states delivery "Usually shipped within 10 - 25 working days" means that it will take us 10 - 25 working days to get the product from our supplier. The delivery times listed below apply once we ship the item to you.

  1. Courier

These are door-to-door services. The delivery address must be a physical address, and cannot be a post office box. Someone will need to be available at the address to receive the delivery. Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday. We currently offer three courier options.


  1. Delivery Rates:

Delivery across South Africa is R100 using Courier Services. This is our standard delivery rates.

Deliveries to regional areas outside of the major metropoles costs & Deliveries to farms, mines, and outlying areas attract an additional surcharge.

  1. International Shipping:

We ship to internationally. The rates are available when you add an item to cart and check calculate the shipping fee by using the shipping calculator during checkout. For information regarding International shipping kindly contact us on 011 568 7639 or

If an item is missing from your shipment:

Contact us either by E-mail: ( within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please have your Order Number ready.

  1. Tracking your order online:

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details. If in doubt, contact us.

Please note:

Delivery takes place within 10 - 25 working days after payment being received, however we normally try and ship within 10 working days after. The countdown in terms of payment has been received. The shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account.

Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays
